We are planning a pre-reunion reunion at Frontier Days or Recreation Park in Arlington Heights. We were unable to secure a private location. So lets all meet in front of the frontier stage, this is where they have the band before and after the main event band. It is located on the far southwest corner of the property, next to Grants Shell Gas station. July 3rd, 5-12 pm.

Our 30th high school reunion will be held August 21-23, 2009.

25 YEAR REUNION WEEKEND
August 6-7, 2004,
ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, ILLINOIS
Please join your classmates in celebrating the 25th anniversary of our graduation from Arlington High School. The festivities begin on Friday, August 6, 2004, at Arlington Park Racetrack at 3:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 7, 2004, we have arranged a tour of AHS beginning at 10:00 a.m. The class will gather at Harry's Bar in downtown Arlington beginning at 5:00 p.m. Saturday evening for a casual evening of eating, drinking and camaraderie. Harry's will be closed to the general public between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m.

· Passes to enter the grandstand entrance (use Wilke Road) will be left at the will call booth. Once in the track, proceed to "the Park area" and there will be a tent called the Park Pavilion reserved for the AHS reunion. Look for the "Class of '79" Banner.
· If lost or confused asked someone in a Red Coat (customer service) for help....

Saturday, August 7, 2004 - Arlington High School - 10 a.m. - Noon (Tour)
Take a step back into the past. Meet us on the steps of the Grace auditorium at 10:00 am Aug 7. We will start in the Auditorium where we met for games, dances and graduation itself. We will have about 2 hours to walk the halls. Do you remember where your lockers were? Remember that as we walk through the library that we read EVERY BOOK in there (yeah right, what aisle were the CLIFF NOTES ON?) The Cardinals may be absent from the building but we will fill it with the spirit when we walk those halls. See you there!

The cost
for the party at Harry's is $55.00 per person in advance,
which includes alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks along with
appetizers. The price at the door will be $60-$65, depending
on turnout. We are not using a "reunion service", just
volunteers, in hopes of having a casual, fun and affordable
party! In that regard, please help us by
1) sending in your r.s.v.p. and check to Joe Kuhn as soon as
possible (it will help us estimate amount of food and drink
we need) and
2) PLEASE take a look at the enclosed list (web version not
included) of "lost" classmates! We need your help finding
these people to make sure they are invited. Google, Google,
Google! Send any information (preferably a good e-mail
address) to Carolyn or Kay at the addresses below. We will
use e-mail to update you on future details so keep us
informed of your whereabouts.
